It started with ties, not shirts.
In 2009, two friends set out on a three month buying trip through China’s textile markets, chasing down ties, pocket squares and cufflinks. More than five thousand styles came back in that first order.
A small boutique opened in Edmonton’s City Centre Mall. It grew into two stores, then Amedeo went online in 2010, one loyal customer at a time.
