Condition
Please return items with tags attached and in the original packaging where possible. Normal try-on wear is completely fine — that’s what the guarantee is for.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take a few extra days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund confirmation, contact us and we’ll chase it down.
